Kathryn Garland

Kathryn Garland, LCSW, CEDS-C, is a clinical social worker and certified eating disorder specialist. She completed post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy in New York, NY, and has spent the last two decades practicing through an attachment-based lens as well as training other therapists in these methods. Kathryn lives with her family in Central Texas.
