Brooks Headley has been the Executive Pastry Chef of New York Times 4 Star restaurant Del Posto since March of 2008. In May of 2013 he was honored to receive the James Beard award for Outstanding Pastry Chef. Previously he had spent time at Campanile in Los Angeles and Komi in Washington DC. He lives in Greenwich Village and enjoys a good Arnold Palmer.
